INTERNET AND MULTIMEDIA WEEK 1

In this first week I learned many interesting things about webpages that I didn’t Know. The teacher told us the guidelines for the semester, because if we need to pass the semester, we have to follow some rules; for example our teacher Wilma Suarez mentioned things related with responsibility about homework, assignments, and punctuality in class. I understand that these things are really important for university students. After that I learned how to recognize webpages? There are millions and millions of webpages in the word but only a few of them are reliable for downloading information or for sharing with other people. We are learning some steps as I mention before to recognize Safe websites. The teacher provides us a useful link with all tips and steps to recognize web sites. We have to complete and assignment in pairs about it.    
I can say that I´m learning because the activity is not complete yet. I am learning with some comparison exercises among websites. As I mention in the first part there are a lot of webpages on the Internet and is really important to know which one is the best to get information.  I am learning this topic with the homework that teacher gave us last class.
Nowadays this knowledge is very important, because we are living in a technological era and we must use technology to do anything. One of the most interesting tools that technology provides us is the internet, but sometimes is not safe. For this reason is really interesting to know about websites in order to get reliable information to do any kind of task.
